Refund and Return Policy

At Moringu, your satisfaction and wellness are important to us. We take great care in delivering high-quality moringa products. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.


1. Returns

Due to the nature of our health and food products, we can only accept returns under the following conditions:

  • The item(s) must be unused, unopened, and in the original packaging.
  • Returns must be requested within 7 days of receiving the product.
  • We require proof of purchase or order number for all returns.


2. Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns on:

  • Opened or used products
  • Items marked as final sale
  • Gift cards or promotional items
  • Products returned without prior approval

3. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the status of your refund.

  • If approved, the refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days.
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable.
  • If the return is due to our error (e.g. wrong item or damaged in transit), we will cover the return shipping cost.

4. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the issue. We’ll do our best to resolve it promptly.


5. Order Cancellations

Orders can only be cancelled before they are shipped. If your order has already been processed, it cannot be cancelled.
